Here you go mate, unfortunately this background actually has the black bar embedded in the bottom, but I've included 3 other Chicken Scheme "wallpapers" to make up for it :P [link]

No Desktop Environment as such, but using the wonderful Sawfish window manager, which is customized in Lisp, and as such it is very flexible :) The bar I'm using at the top is Xmobar, and I'm using wbar for the dock, and conky for the album art :)
